Terms of use

Last updated: 24 October 2026

By using Hiring Bistro (www.hiringbistro.com), you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.

The service is free

Browsing jobs, saving them, tracking applications and keeping a profile are free. You do not need an account to browse or apply.

Where the jobs come from

Jobs come from companies’ own career pages and hiring systems. We check them regularly, but a company can change or close a job at any time, and a listing here may be out of date. Always read the original job on the company’s site before you apply.

No promise of interviews or jobs

We help you find jobs; we do not hire, and we do not act for employers. We cannot guarantee that a company is hiring, will reply, will interview you or will offer you a job. Experience levels and other labels are our best reading of the job ad and may be wrong.

Applying happens on the company’s site

“Apply on company site” takes you to the employer’s own website. What you share there, and how the employer uses it, is between you and the employer under their terms and privacy policy. Hiring Bistro never sends your CV or profile to employers.

Fair use

  • Do not scrape, copy in bulk or automatically download content from Hiring Bistro.
  • Do not overload, attack or try to break into the site, or get around its limits.
  • Do not use the site or the message box to send spam, abuse or anything unlawful.
  • Only upload a CV and details that are your own.

We may limit, suspend or close accounts that break these rules or harm the service or other people.

Your account

You sign in with Google and are responsible for keeping that account safe. You can delete your Hiring Bistro account at any time on your profile page. See the privacy policy for what is deleted.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will update the date at the top. If you keep using Hiring Bistro after a change, the new terms apply.
